Delivery
Available delivery services, charges and estimated timings are displayed at checkout based on your destination and order. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when the selected service supports it.
Handmade and fragile pieces are packed with care. Please check the delivery address before completing your order. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply in their destination country.
If a parcel appears delayed, arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and, where relevant, clear photographs of the packaging and product.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Virsa purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once you notify us of your cancellation, the item must be returned within one week.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue your refund within 14 days. Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method and will include the cost of the standard delivery originally paid.
Privacy
We collect information you provide when you browse our store, place an order, contact us or join our newsletter. This may include your name, contact details, delivery and billing information, order history and information about how you use the website.
